🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? +
Within Germany: 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
What are the shipping costs? +
Standard shipping: €4.95. We offer free shipping for orders over €30. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available for €9.90.
Do you also ship internationally? +
Yes! We ship throughout the EU, to Austria (4–8 days) and Switzerland (5–8 days). Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
↩ Returns & Refunds
How long can I return items? +
We grant you a 30-day return policy — this is more than the legally required 14 days. Simply send us an email with your order number.
When will I get my money back? +
Once we have received the return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.
Who pays for return shipping costs? +
We will cover the return shipping costs for a defective product. For a voluntary return, you, the consumer, bear the shipping costs.

Which payment methods do you accept? +
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna (instant bank transfer, invoice, installment purchase), SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment secure? +
Absolutely. All payments are processed via secure SSL connections. We never see your card data — it is processed directly by certified payment service providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna).

Can I change or cancel my order? +
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible by email with your order number.
Are your products cruelty-free? +
Yes, all our skincare products (CLAIRA, ROSARA, SADOER) are 100% cruelty-free and mostly vegan.

On each product page, you will find an expandable section with all ingredients and specifications.
