§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders you place as a consumer (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop at bnewlife.com (hereinafter "bnewlife").

§ 2 Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with bnewlife, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. The order confirmation by email will be sent immediately after the order is placed. The contract is concluded with the dispatch of the shipping confirmation or the dispatch of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms

All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna (Sofortüberweisung, invoice, installment purchase), SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is due immediately upon order.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery time within Germany is 2 to 5 business days from receipt of order (for advance payment: from receipt of payment).

Shipping costs are transparently displayed during the ordering process. For orders over 30 €, we deliver free of charge within Germany.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, we voluntarily grant you a 30-day right of return. Details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal Policy.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is 24 months from delivery of the goods.

§ 8 Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order details by email.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution
